Art Prints: No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of handling and shipping art prints, WindowShopGal does not accept refunds or exchanges for artwork.  As a courtesy to all buyers, you will always receive a brand new poster (never a restocked item) for quality assurance.

Apparel / T-Shirts: Exchanges Accepted Within 10 Days

WindowShopGal will accept exchanges of unworn and unwashed apparel by mail within 10 days after you've received your item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, or you may request an Easy Return Shipping Label for $6. To request an exchange, please fill out the contact form and be sure to provide your name & order number.

Damaged or Undelivered Items

Replacements will be provided in cases of shipping damage or non-delivery only.  If this happened to you, please fill out the contact form with your name, order number, photos (for damaged items) and information regarding your issue.
