Most orders take about 1-3 business days to process, unless otherwise stated on the product listing (please see "Ships by" date under the "Buy it Now" button).

Regarding Shipping Delays

International Standard Shipping (USPS First Class International) on average takes about 10-20 business days to arrive (and on rare occasions up to 4-6 weeks), as some packages may be delayed due to customs processing.
Duties & Taxes for International Buyers
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If you are located in the USA and it has been over 10 business days since there was any update on your tracking information, or if you are overseas and it has been over 20 business days since there was any update on your tracking information, please contact WindowShopGal with your name and order number for further assistance. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact WindowShopGal as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
